How to make a good one

Say it, show it, say what you think.

It's going on your page, so make it one you're proud of. All optional, and it takes about 20 minutes.

Things you are wondering.

I only have a few followers. Does it still count?

Yes. There is no follower minimum. Your account just needs to be yours and active.

What counts as an active account?

One you really use: at least 3 months old, with a profile photo and at least 5 posts of your own from before you ordered, one of them in the last 6 months. That's it. It's how we tell real accounts from ones made just to claim.

My account is private. Can I still claim?

Yes. Put your @handle in the claim and we'll send you a follow request from us (@getsnaggle on Instagram, @getsnaggleza on TikTok). Accept it so we can see your post, and keep us on for 60 days. We follow every Post it creator anyway, so consider it a perk.

I'm not a content creator. Can I still do this?

Yes. Talk to your phone like you're on FaceTime with a friend. One take is fine, and the guide above has everything you need.

Can I post on Instagram and TikTok?

Post on both if you like. It's still one claim per kit. Send us whichever link you want checked.

Do I have to use one of your story ideas?

No. They're there if you want them. Film your own idea, your way. Just hit the five must-haves.

Can I put music and captions on it?

On your post, yes, anything you like. The file you upload to us just needs to be without music, because we can't use songs in our ads. Captions are fine.

I bought the Bestie Pair. How does that work?

Two people, two accounts, two claims. Each kit pays R349.50 on camera or R175 behind the camera.

Do I have to say I like it?

No. Say what you really think. A video that meets the rules gets paid whatever you say about us.

What if I miss the 21 days?

Email hello@snaggle.co.za before day 21 if something came up. Late posts without a word from you don't qualify.

What happens to the review I write?

Once we approve your claim, it goes up on snaggle.co.za next to your video, marked as refunded through Post it. We never edit your words. We only leave a review off if it breaks the Keep it safe list.

My upload keeps failing. What now?

Try again on wifi with the original file from your camera roll. Still stuck? Email hello@snaggle.co.za with your order number before your 7 days run out and we'll sort it out.

Version 30 September 2026. These terms, together with the sections of this page called Pick your route, What counts, Your account, Keep it safe and Our side of the deal, are the whole deal.

  1. Who can claim. Anyone 18 or older, living in South Africa, who bought a Wash Day Kit or Bestie Kit Pair on snaggle.co.za. Not Snaggle staff, contractors or the people they live with.
  2. What you get back. On camera (you on camera, talking, for most of the video): R399 per kit, or R349.50 per kit on a Bestie Kit Pair. Behind the camera (you film and talk over it the whole way through): R200 per kit, or R175 per kit on a Bestie Kit Pair. It is a refund of what you paid for the kit, never more, paid to the card or account you paid with within 5 working days of approval.
  3. One refund per kit. Post it or the 30-day refund, not both. One claim per kit, per person, per social account, per household and per payment card. A Bestie Kit Pair is two people with two accounts, one claim each. Snaggle only orders don't qualify.
  4. Timing. Post between day 3 and day 21 after your kit is delivered, going by the tracking. Claim on this page within 7 days of posting. If something comes up, email us before day 21.
  5. Say what you really think. We never ask for a positive video or review, and what you say about Snaggle never changes whether you get paid. Only say what really happened. No claims about health, hair loss or drains.
  6. Tell people it's an ad. Start your caption with #ad, tag us (@getsnaggle on Instagram, @getsnaggleza on TikTok) and switch on the paid partnership label if your app has it. Because you get a refund, your review on our site is marked "refunded through Post it".
  7. How we check. A person checks your post and your file against the must-haves and rules on this page, nothing else. How you tell it, film it and edit it is up to you. If something is missing, we email you the exact rule and you get one reshoot within 7 days. If an on-camera video is mostly behind the camera, you choose: R200 now, or reshoot for the full amount. If you disagree with a decision, reply to the email and someone else looks again.
  8. Keep it up for 60 days. On your feed, public or with us following you, with the #ad and the tag left in. We check at day 14 and day 60. If it comes down early, we ask you to put it back up within 7 days. If you don't, you agree to pay the refund back. If Instagram or TikTok removed it and you didn't break their rules, tell us and we won't hold it against you.
  9. Your video, our licence. You keep the copyright. By claiming, you give Snaggle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence with no end date to use, copy, trim, crop, caption, add music and branding to, and publish your video, your review, the name you chose to show, your @handle, your voice and your face: in paid ads (including on Meta and TikTok), on snaggle.co.za, in emails and on our socials. No extra payment is due. We never change the meaning of what you said, and we never change your face or voice with AI or make you appear to say something you didn't.
  10. Changing your mind about your face. Email hello@snaggle.co.za and within 14 days we stop starting new ads with your face, and within 30 days we switch off ads already running with it. Your refund stays yours. Your written review stays up unless you ask us to take it down too.
  11. Your promises. You made the video yourself, on the kit from your order, and it's not copied from anyone, AI-made or AI-voiced. Everyone who can be seen or heard in it said yes. The account is your own, real, active account (at least 3 months old, with a profile photo and at least 5 posts of your own from before you ordered, one of them in the last 6 months), and you haven't bought followers, likes or views.
  12. If a claim isn't genuine. Fake or borrowed accounts, bought engagement, someone else's video or AI content means the claim is turned down. If it was already paid, you agree to pay it back, and we may not accept future claims from you.
  13. Your information. We collect your order number, email, @handle, post link, video, review, name and town, the boxes you ticked and your IP address, to check and pay your claim, keep a record of your consent, and use your content as above. It is stored with Shopify and our upload provider, Vercel. We only email you marketing if you ticked that box, and you can unsubscribe any time. To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@snaggle.co.za.
  14. Changes. We may end or change Post it for new orders by updating this page. Orders placed before a change keep the terms that were here when you ordered.
  15. Your rights. Nothing here takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including your rights if a product is faulty.
