Shipping & returns.

Anywhere in South Africa. We pack and post from Joburg, usually the next working morning after you order. We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside SA and want one, write in and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the postage.

You get a tracking number by email the moment the courier scans it. If it has been three working days and nothing has moved, tell us and we will chase it ourselves rather than sending you to the courier.

Send us a photo. Full refund, no return, you keep the pod. We do not ask for it back, because posting a used shower accessory across the country helps nobody. No time limit games and no conditions on this one.

Six months as standard. The Consumer Protection Act gives you that on anything defective and we are not going to dress it up as a favour.

Twelve months if you review it. Leave a review with a photo of it on your wall at snaggle.co.za/pages/leave-a-review and the longer warranty is added to your order automatically. Any review qualifies, good or bad, and your review shows that you got the longer warranty.

Kits come with a 30-day refund. Don't love it? Message us within 30 days of delivery and post the pod back to us. When it arrives, we refund you in full within 5 working days, and you keep the claw clip and scalp massager. Return postage is on you. You can claim the 30-day refund or the Post it refund on a kit, not both.

Snaggle only: unused and still on its backing, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. The return postage is yours. Write in first so we can send you the address.

Photograph it where it sits, send us the photo, and we post a replacement. No forms, no return postage, no argument. It happens rarely and it is always our problem, not yours.
